Terms of Service

I reserve the right to reject any order at my own discretion.All my commissions are for personal use only. You may not use my work for any monetary means, claim the work as your own, or use it to train genAI.All prices in USD, I accept payment via Paypal or Ko-Fi.I will produce an initial rough sketch based on your references and instructions. The sketch can be tweaked and revised however you like. After you're sure you're happy with the outline, payment will proceed.Both sides may withdraw from the commission for any reason before the sketch is done and payment has been received. There will be no refunds afterwards.There will be no major revisions (EG pose, composition, switching styles halfway through) after the sketch is finished, minor revisions are absolutely fine however! If you're ever unsure, please ask, I'm sure we can make something work.You will receive a high-res .png of the artwork as well as a transparent version (if applicable). I may post a lower-resolution, watermarked version to my socials if I have your permission to do so.Turnaround time may vary depending on your place in the queue but will generally not exceed two weeks after the sketch/payment.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you've read and agree to these terms.

A guide to Backgrounds

In order to prevent misunderstandings and help you along the process, here's how I understand backgrounds for the purpose of my commissions:

Complementary (free of charge)

>>> Simple shapes or patterns, gradients, blobs of color, some simple brushstrokes.

Simple (+10 USD)

>>> a few simple or one detailed environmental prop to set the scene, matching the chosen medium (sketch, flats, full, painterly) and style.

Complex (N/A)

>>> full canvas compositions of props and environments matching the chosen medium (sketch, flats, full, painterly) and style.
